The holiday season got the best of me in 2011, but I am here to start 2012 off right. Eating healthy is back in full force. Back to moderation! Although the buffets and sweets I enjoyed over the holidays were wonderful, it is important for me to turn my back on those habits and choose some weight-loss new year's resolutions and stick to them. I can tell that this year will be good, rather, it will be great. I just need to stick to my goals and the results I seek will start pouring in.
