I love stuffed peppers. And, having your whole meal contained in a good-for-you little bell pepper makes sticking to proper portion sizes so darn easy.

Fighting Cravings
Men sitting at home, watching sports, eating a bunch of delivery pizza? Geez, that is a situation where it is easy for me to get in trouble. But, instead of putting a piece of that greasy, white flour based pizza into my body, I decided to go a different route: making my own delicious, whole wheat pizza with the kinds of good cheese I wanted to eat. It's so easy to leave the bad food behind when you take the time to make something this good!

Starting 2012
The holiday season got the best of me in 2011, but I am here to start 2012 off right. Eating healthy is back in full force. Back to moderation! Although the buffets and sweets I enjoyed over the holidays were wonderful, it is important for me to turn my back on those habits and choose some weight-loss new year's resolutions and stick to them. I can tell that this year will be good, rather, it will be great. I just need to stick to my goals and the results I seek will start pouring in.
